CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system. This provides the fastest method for receiving your order. As such, order cancellations and modifications are not possible, even if the order has not been marked as shipped. We manage multiple brands with a small staff and appreciate your understanding.

We offer an easy returns process if you'd like to send your item back once you receive it. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but will be happy to get you a refund or gift card to replace your order.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR THE UNITED STATES?

Please Note: If your order is showing delivered via the USPS tracking link but has not arrived we suggest waiting 24-48 hours before filling a missing shipment claim with USPS.

If your order has not arrived within 72 hours of the USPS tracking link showing as delivered please use the link below to file a missing shipment report with USPS. Please include the USPS case number in your email to our customer service team this will help ensure our we have all the information needed to replace your missing order.

Shipping is free for Continental U.S. orders over $50+

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

We offer the following shipping methods at check out:

  • USPS Ground (Delivered within 7-14 business days). Please allow 24 hours after shipment confirmation for tracking info to update.
  • USPS Priority (Delivered within 3-7 business days). Please allow 24 hours after shipment confirmation for tracking info to update
  • BorderGuru (Delivered within 7-21 business days). Please allow 2-3 days after shipment confirmation for tracking info to update.

Please note these are not guaranteed delivery times. Shipping times are  estimated and may vary based on your location and conditions.

We do not offer Next Day Air/Overnight shipping options. USPS Ground shipping is the only available shipping option for Alaska and Hawaii.The shipping costs for your order depend on the total amount in your cart before any taxes or discounts.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Our warehouse will process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Given that your order is not set to hold by our fraud prevention team, your order should be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that all orders will ship the following business day from completing your payment. This means if you’ve placed your order on Friday, you will not receive tracking information until Monday. We apologize in advance but this goes for expedited orders as well.

Please note the estimated arrival given is just an estimation based on your location. Certain circumstances involving FedEx may cause delays that are beyond our control. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, we recommend using an expedited shipping option. You will receive an email with a Fed Ex tracking number that has a more accurate delivery date within 72 hours. Please note orders placed over the holidays can take longer to process. 

Expedited shipping begins when the order leaves with USPS, not when it is accepted into our system. Please note that ALL orders will ship the following business day from when payment is made. 

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED - CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A MILITARY ADDRESS OR P.O. BOX?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/ FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. No exceptions.

WHY IS MY ORDER ON HOLD?  

We do our best to protect your money and ours. We have a fraud prevention system that looks at orders in our system that could possibly be fraudulent. Orders are set to hold so our fraud prevention team can check them out and make sure they are legitimate. To ensure the quickest shipping time for your order, please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match. If these do not match, you may be asked to provide verification for your billing information. We have the right to cancel any order we believe may be placed under fraudulent circumstances. Since electronic fraud is very prevalent these days, esskateboarding.com has to take extra precaution to ensure your money and our money is protected. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation through email upon submitting your order. Once your order is processed and packed, our system will email a USPS tracking number. Please allow 72 hours for Ground and Express to update.

If you do not receive your confirmation email after your order is placed, please check your spam/junk folder.
