Returns

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE, AND WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Your purchase on AltamontApparel.com is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product if they are: unwashed and in the original condition you received them.

For U.S. orders, we offer free return postage.

For all international orders, including Canadian orders, return postage is unfortunately not provided. 

Please review our web site for style and size availability with regard to exchanges. All clothing or denim returns/exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and odor-free. All denim returns/exchanges must have all sewn hang tags still attached. All sales are final for any pre-orders or sale items. You will be notified via email once we have received, processed, and approved your return. Refunds are processed once returns are approved. Orders placed with gift cards will be refunded with store credit. If you are requesting an exchange and would like your new order shipped to an address other than your original shipping address, please include this when you contact us.

I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD BUT I REALLY WANT TO BUY SOMETHING. DO YOU GUYS ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT?

We do! We accept PayPal as a valid form of payment. (Please note that NON-instant Pay Pal payments may take 2-7 days to clear).* Altamont Apparel Clothing accepts no responsibility for lost money orders/cash. We STRONGLY SUGGEST that you insure your package and request a tracking number.

I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

Simply contact us with your order ID number and correct shipping address/size/style as soon as possible. We will do all that we can to reach your package before it is shipped. If your package has already been shipped, there is still a chance we will be able to correct the address before delivery. If we are not able to change the size/style before it is shipped, you will have to contact Altamont Apparel customer service and we'll work with you to sort out correct shipping/returns. I JUST RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PLACE MY ORDER. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

This error generally occurs when the information you are placing under the billing information section of this order does not exactly match the information that would be on your credit card billing statement. Although there may be "pending" charges in your account. You will NOT be charged for these. It may take anywhere between 2-10 days for these attempted charged to clear depending on how quickly your bank releases the funds. HOW CAN I KNOW WHEN A PARTICULAR ITEM IS ABOUT TO BE RESTOCKED OR DISCONTINUED?

Our website always shows our current stock. Restock times will vary depending on the item. For any restock questions about specific items, please email customerservice@AltamontApparel.com

WHERE DO I ENTER MY PROMOTIONAL COUPON CODE? / I CANNOT GET MY COUPON CODE TO WORK.

Promotional coupon codes can be entered at the my cart screen. Please note coupon codes will not work for any pre-orders, special event items, or if noted on the items description.

HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN? HOW WILL THEY FIT?

You can check out our size chart on each product page. Please note that the measurements we give in our size chart may have a variance of about an inch. The description on the detail page of each shirt in our store will indicate which type of shirt that particular design is printed on. Generally, you may experience some shrinkage in both the length and width after wash with our 100% cotton and 50/50 cotton-poly materials.
