• Can I ship to military addresses or PO Boxes?

  At this time, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

  We deliver all of our orders via Federal Express, which at this time does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• How long does it take to ship my order?

  If you order before 7am PDT, and provided that we have no issues with processing your order and we have the merchandise in stock, your order will go out the same business day.

  If your order is placed after 7am PDT, your order will ship out the next business day.

  We do not ship out on national holidays or weekends.

• What are the shipping options?

  Altamont Apparel is happy to provide Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $100.

  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PICK THE OPTION "GROUND" DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING! Altamont Apparel will not be responsible if you pick the wrong shipping option.

  We have three shipping options available: Ground, 2-3 Day Select and 1-2 Day Air.

  The shipping costs for your order depend on the total amount in your cart before any taxes or discounts.

  Some sample shipping costs are shown below:

• Why is my order on hold?

  Upon placement, all our orders are automatically checked for address inconsistencies and possible credit card fraud. If your order has been flagged, it will be placed on hold until one of our customer service representatives is able to review and approve your order.

  Possible reasons include:
  - Typos in street or city names
  - Incorrect state/locality selection
  - Credit card fraud suspicion

  To prevent any further delays in processing and shipping your order, be sure to double-check your order details. If you notice anything wrong, get in touch with us as soon as possible!

  We are happy to offer FREE GROUND Shipping on ALL Altamont Apparel orders OVER $100. Not valid on previous purchases.
